Tina Hawkswarth has been a lifelong resident of Sugar Valley and has always taken pride in serving her community. She began her work as an Elected Auditor for Loganton Borough in 1999, bringing steady dedication and a strong sense of responsibility to the Borough’s financial oversight. Her long-standing service reflects her commitment to transparency, accuracy, and the continued well‑being of the community she has always called home.

Clara “Liz” Weaver has been a lifelong resident of Sugar Valley, where her dedication to community and public service has been a constant thread throughout her life. A 1959 graduate of Sugar Valley High School, Liz began her career at the Loganton National Bank and went on to hold several accounting and financial roles over the years. She later retired from Susque‑View Nursing Home in 2007 after a long and meaningful career in the field.

Liz has served as an Elected Auditor for Loganton Borough for more than 50 years, providing steadfast oversight, accuracy, and integrity in the Borough’s financial review process. Her decades of experience and unwavering commitment make her an invaluable part of the Borough’s continued transparency and good governance.



Jane Rossman has been a lifelong resident of Sugar Valley and has always been deeply connected to the community she calls home. She began her working career while still in high school, employed at Schrack’s General Store. After graduating in 1970, she entered the insurance industry, where she built a long and successful career with the former Penn Central Mutual Insurance Company and later Tuscarora Wayne Insurance Company. She remained in the field until her retirement in 2017.

Jane has served as an Elected Auditor for Loganton Borough since 1999, bringing decades of financial experience, diligence, and community commitment to the Borough’s annual audit process. Her steady service and strong work ethic continue to support transparency and responsible stewardship of Borough finances
