Clinton County Borough’s Association

The Clinton County Borough’s Association holds a dinner meeting twice a year.  In the fall, it is held on the second Tuesday of October.  In the spring, spouses are invited, and it is held on the second Tuesday of April.

The Boroughs of Clinton County take turns hosting this event.  It was Loganton Borough’s turn to host this semi-annual dinner meeting.  It was held in the Banquet Hall at the Sugar Valley Community Fire Company in Loganton, PA on April 11, 2023.

The evening included a buffet banquet dinner catered by Twilight Diner, Clinton County Borough meeting, entertainment by The Magic of Tony G, and a door prize drawing.

Sugar Valley was named for its size and abundance of sugar maple trees.  During the settlement of the Valley and to this day, in the spring of the year, maple syrup is tapped from the sugar maple trees.  Five glass bottles of maple syrup were given as the door prizes.  The prizes were obtained from Chris Nicholas, a Sugar Valley native.  He, along with his wife, Susan, are owners of Heath Run Maple Products in Ulysses, PA.
